All orders received will be dispatched on the next business day where we have stock available. If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated delivery date.
Once the item is dispatched, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the delivery method.
For large orders, at our discretion, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone.
In certain cases we reserve the right, at our discretion to charge your card up to 7 days before delivery, in order to verify the payment. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order.
We plan to deliver within 1-2 weeks of order, unless otherwise stated in the product details. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first.
Delivery rates are based on order value and delivery address.
